Recently, Omnicell Institute made some changes regarding who can and cannot access virtual and instructor-led training. If a user is not able to access the Subscription Training Program or ILT/VILT by searching – escalate. 


You must still enter the subscription status in your ticket. You can use the How to Identify the ‘Training Subscription Status’ for a Customer’s Account? internal guide (not to be provided to users) or ask the user to confirm whether 'Subscription Account' or 'Standard Account' is displayed on their home page. However, the Omnicell Institute Administrators will now be advising if the user(s) be able to get access to register or not.

We apologize for the difficulties you're having while trying to register for your training. Kindly note that Virtual and Instructor-Led Trainings are available to customers with an active subscription. Unfortunately, it appears your account does not have access to register for the training.
