Recently, Omnicell Institute made some changes regarding the access of virtual and in-person training. 

 

If a user is not able to access the Live Instructor-Led Training and Lab Courses Calendar, locate/access an in-person or a virtual training by searching or provided link – create a ticket. The Omnicell Institute Administrators will determine if the user(s) can receive access to register or not.

We apologize for the difficulties you're having while trying to register for your training. Virtual and classroom training are available to customers with an active subscription.  

Unfortunately, it appears your account may not have access to register for the training. In this case, we'd like to proceed with creating a ticket to escalate your inquiry to the Omnicell Institute Administrators for further assistance with registration.
