Users can unenroll from an ILT or VILT if the training is not designated as mandatory for a learning plan in which they are enrolled. If they have enrolled in a learning plan but the ILT or VILT is optional, they should be able to unenroll with the standard response.

From your training session page, kindly select the ‘More options’ (…) button, next to the ‘Share’ button in your upper right.

Select ‘Unenroll’ from the drop-down menu.

You’ll be prompted with the message: “Are you sure you want to unenroll from the current course?”, select ‘Unenroll’.

While you cannot unenroll from instructor-led or virtual sessions that are mandatory to learning plans, you can reschedule. Let us know if you need any additional assistance.
