Users can unenroll from an in-person or virtual training, as long as it is not designated as mandatory for a learning plan. But, if the in-person or virtual training is listed as optional, the user should be able to unenroll with these instructions.

From your training session page, kindly select the ‘More options’ (…) button, next to the ‘Share’ button in your upper right. 

Select ‘Unenroll’ from the drop-down menu. 

You’ll be prompted with the message: “Are you sure you want to unenroll from the current course?”, select ‘Unenroll’. 

While you cannot unenroll from instructor-led or virtual sessions that are mandatory to learning plans, you can reschedule. Let us know if you need any additional assistance.
