A 'Customer Service Number' is the system ID assigned to a customer's facility.
 

Training Subscription Status

The 'Training Subscription Status' determines if the user has a 'Standard' or 'Subscription' account. This mainly affects access to certain trainings.
 

Account Name

The 'Account Name' field listed under the User Summary > 'Additional Info' is the name of the user's facility.
 

Title

The 'Account Name' field listed under the User Summary > 'Additional Info' is their job title.
