Customer Service Number (CSN)

A 'Customer Service Number' is the system ID assigned to a customer's facility.

Training Subscription Status

The 'Training Subscription Status' determines if the user has a 'Standard' or 'Subscription' account. 

If the 'Training Subscription Status' states YES; Subscription Account.

If the 'Training Subscription Status' states NO; Standard Account.

Standard vs Subscription Account

The main difference is the training access. Subscription accounts have access to ILTs and VILTs while Standard accounts do not. 

Account Name

The 'Account Name' field listed under the User Summary > 'Additional Info' is the name of the user's facility. 

Title

The 'Account Name' field listed under the User Summary > 'Additional Info' is their job title.

Subscription Start and End Date

The start and end dates are listed in separate fields under the User Summary > 'Additional Info'.
