A session's link to join Zoom calls is activated 15 minutes before the session starts, they will not be able to access the course before. 

Customers should receive an email with the Zoom link, once they are confirmed for a session. Check the customer's transcript to see if they are registered and provide this SR. If yes, but they did not receive the link have them reach out to their instructor.


If it's less than 15 minutes before the session starts or has already started, it will make it an urgent matter for the customer. You can provide the VILT | Customer Needs Urgent Access! SR.

Zoom links for virtual sessions are normally emailed once you are registered. Did you happen to check if you've received an email for the session in your Spam/Junk mail?
