Once assigned a session, the user receives an email with the Zoom link (we do not have access to this). If the email was not received, you can redirect them to the instructor with this response.

 

If it's less than 15 minutes before the event starts or has already started, it makes it an urgent matter - see Urgent Access to Virtual Event or Zoom Link.


Standard Response:


Once you're registered for a virtual training, you will receive a link via email. We recommend checking your spam/junk mail, as emails may be routed there. If you cannot locate the email, please reach out to the session's instructor.
