IMPORTANT! Recently, Omnicell Institute made some changes regarding who can and cannot access virtual and instructor-led training. If a user is not able to access the Subscription Training Program or ILT/VILT by searching – escalate. You must still enter the subscription status in your ticket. You can use the How to Identify the ‘Training Subscription Status’ for a Customer’s Account? internal guide (not to be provided to users) or ask the user to confirm whether 'Subscription Account' or 'Standard Account' is displayed on their home page. However, the Omnicell Institute Administrators will now be advising if the user(s) be able to get access to register or not. |

To locate the 'Subscription Training Exclusive Calendar', follow the instructions below:
1. Select the Hamburger icon (☰) in the top left corner; your menu should appear.
2. Click Subscription Training Exclusives Calendar; you may need to scroll down.

The calendar provides you with classroom and virtual session dates.
We've included the Omnicell Subscription Training Program document, including a list of virtual and instructor-led training offered.
