Recordings are uploaded as eLearning in Omnicell Institute with "Recorded" listed at the end of the title. Please note, changes regarding the availability of recordings are being made. Until this is finalized, we are to assist with promoting registration for virtual sessions with this response. 

 

- If the user wants help with finding the virtual session, then assist with checking what's available.

- If the user expresses that the dates are not feasible or if a session is not available, then provide the recording. However, if unable to access the recording, create a ticket to escalate.

We'd like to recommend signing up for a virtual/live session of the training, if available. If you’d like assistance with locating the virtual session, please let us know.

However, if the dates for these sessions do not fit within your schedule, we'd be happy to assist you with checking if a recording is available.
