Recordings are uploaded as eLearning in Omnicell Institute with "Recorded" listed at the end of the title.
We continue to assist learners with promoting registration for virtual sessions with this response. However, please follow the guidance below based on the learner's needs:
- If the user wants help with finding the virtual session, then assist with checking what's available.
- If the user expresses that the dates are not feasible or if a session is not available, then provide the recording.
- If the user is unable to access the recording, create a ticket to escalate.
Please Note: if a recording is available for a virtual session, it will be noted and hyperlinked in the course description with this verbiage:
“This course is available as a recording.”
If this note is not included in the course description, advise the user that there’s no recording available.
