A recording of a virtual session captures the audio, video, and screen-sharing activity of a remote meeting or presentation. 


Recordings of virtual sessions are uploaded as eLearning in Omnicell Institute. "Recorded" will be listed at the end of the title:



IMPORTANT!


There are going to be changes regarding the availability of recordings of virtual sessions. Until this is finalized, we are to assist with promoting registration for virtual sessions. You may do so with this response. 



HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST?

  • If the user wants help with finding the virtual session, then assist with checking what's available and registering for it.

  • If they express that the session dates are not feasible for their schedule or if a session is not available, then provide them with the recording.

  • Should the user not have access to a recording, please create a ticket to escalate.

We'd like to recommend signing up for a virtual/live session of the training, if available. If you’d like assistance with locating the virtual session, please let us know.

However, if the dates for these sessions do not fit within your schedule, we'd be happy to assist you with checking if a recording is available.
