First, have the user attempt resetting his or her password using the "Forgot Password?" link on the myOmnicell Customer Portal login page.
If they do not receive the password reset email, or need additional assistance with accessing his or her account, please proceed to Step 2 | Redirect User.

You will receive an "Omnicell Password Request" email with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive the email, let us know and we'd be happy to provide a point of contact for further assistance.
