User reports media error message, "The ZIP file can't be uploaded because it isn't a valid SCORM or AICC packaged content file." when uploading SCORM files to Workday.


In attempt to resolve the issue, please provide these instructions. Should the issue persist or the user confirms that they've tried this, proceed with creating a ticket.


Standard Response:


Kindly note that the folders must be unzipped—opened—to reveal all the actual SCORM files to be uploaded to your LMS. If you’ve tried this and the error still occurs, please let us know and we'd be happy to escalate the issue to the administrators for further guidance.
